TASTING NOTES (by Didier Coutenceau - Oenologist)
Beautiful robe, dark ruby colour with delightful crimson highlights.
Its bouquet develops in the decanter with an intense full-blooded complexity. Red and black fruits almost candied, licorice, slate and tobacco.
The palate confirms the olfactory impressions with the same density, the same vigour and richness of expression.
A lot of finesse in the texture of the tannins, surrounded by a silky smoothness.
A fine, long finish with a gentle residue of fruits and spices.
